Ballet Theatre of Ashburn II is for Pre-Professional
Levels 3 and 4. BTAII is an additional $45/month
Ballet Theatre of Ashburn I is for Pre-Professional
Levels 5 and 6. BTA I is an additional $45/month
Any additional classes are a total of $35/month and each further additional class is $5/month.

Payment Policy
Tuition is due no later than the 1st of the month. Summer tuition
is due upon summer class registration. Payment can be paid by cash
or check only. Payment should be mailed or delivered to the studio.
Bills will not be sent. There will be a $25 charge on all returned
checks. * A late fee of $15 will be incurred after the 10th of the
month.
Tuition is based on a yearly fee. It may be paid in one lump sum,
in 2 payments, or in ten equal monthly payments September - June.
The payments will be due no later than the 10th of the month. A 5%
discount will be applied to full year tuition payments paid at the
beginning of the school year, as well as tuition payments paid twice
during the school year, once in September and once in February (5
months paid in one payment). If the student withdraws from classes
prior to the end of the year, the tuition reverts to full price for
classes taken.
A family discount will apply to families with three or more students
enrolled in classes. A 10% discount will be applied to the child with
the highest monthly tuition rate.
No refunds on monthly tuition payments are given for early withdrawal
from classes.
Tuition is not prorated due to absences, weather, or scheduled closings.
Liberal make-up classes will be available.
General Fees
School year non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student or a
maximum of $50 per family is due upon registration.
Costume Fee and Performance Fee (Due by Saturday December 8, 2007)
A non-refundable costume fee of $65 per student (Any additional costumes are $50 each) Costume fees paid after Saturday, December 15, 2007 will be subject to a $15 late charge.
A non-refundable performance fee of $30 per student includes performance expenses and two tickets to the June performance.
Walk-in rates for vary according to class length: 35 min - $15; 45 min $16; 1 hour - $17;
1.25 hours - $17, 1.5 hours - $18 (30 min pointe class -$5) Class cards for adults are now available.
