Summer Classes

We are offering a five week summer session with evening classes from July 8 – August 9. We are also offering a four week long summer dance intensive camp for students ages 10 and up. Students who qualify by age for the summer intensives may register for any of the four week sessions that are offered. Anyone registering for all four weeks of the summer intensives will receive a $200 discount off of the tuition. All Ballet Theatre of Ashburn company members (Level PP 3 and up) and Edge Company members are required to register for one week of the summer intensives. Choreography for Ballet Theatre of Ashburn company members and Edge Company members that would like to participate in the October Village Fest will be taught during the intensive week of August 12 – August 16.

Summer tuition is due upon registration. There are no registration fees for summer classes. All summer tuition is non-refundable. *New for Summer 2013*

Beginning pointe classes will be offered for PP 4 students upon approval. A pointe shoe fitting will be held on June 25. (If you are not available on June 25, you can get your pointe shoes on your own at a different time) Students and parents will be taught how to sew pointe shoes at the beginning of the session.

Princess Camp I (Age 3) and Princess Camp II (Ages 4-5) Come join us for a magical week of dancing as a princess! Dancers will have a fun filled experience including dance class, arts and crafts and ballet videos which will capture your child's imagination!

must attend one week of the intensive session.

Week One: July 22 – July 26 (9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

(3:00-5:00) Ballet Theatre of Ashburn rehearsal/Edge Company
rehearsal for Village Fest.  This rehearsal is only for
2012-13 company members because previous choreography
from the June 2013 performance will be restaged for the
Village Fest performance. 

Before and After Care will be available all four weeks from
7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for an additional $50 per week.

Cost per week- $375 (per student)

Receive a early bird discount of $200 (per child) if you register

Intensive schedule will include ballet technique, pointe, variations,
stretch, character, jazz, musical theater, hip-hop, acro and lyrical classes.
